這時一個關于nursing management的題目。對于如何分配合理人員來照顧合適的病人，RN考試中經常遇到。原則如下：病情危重不穩定的由RN照顧，相對穩定的病人根據情況可以分配各LPN或者NA。另外，還要根據各自的工作職責來分配。RN可以做所有的護理工作，尤其是病人或者護理操作有關assessment，evaluation，complicated nursing（chemotherapy，transfusion…），科學研究等，一定由RN來完成。LPN可以做基礎護理和一些簡單的侵入性治療，比如肌肉，皮下注射，發藥，常規用藥等等。NA主要作基礎的護理和一些科里的常規工作，比如常規的體溫測量，收集簡單標本，生活護理等。這個題目中，第一個選項顯然可以分配給NA來做；第二個是關于科研的問卷調查，只能由RN來完成；第三第四都是簡單的侵入治療，可以有LPN來完成。所以這個題目正確選項是2。
